Focus and Prioritize to Get Life Done!
Andy Bailey is a serial entrepreneur, who spends the majority of his time coaching other entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders and teams to grow dynamic businesses that focus on: people, strategy, execution and cash.
With Andy’s assistance, the possible often expands to include the formerly impossible, as organizations learn that one step at a time gets you a long way when you take those single steps daily. He tells his clients, 100% annual growth is only 2% growth a week. It’s not easy, but it’s certainly possible. Andy’s tough love, no-BS approach combined with his real-world business experience is sure to inspire your audience to identify, set and reach their wildest professional and personal ambitions. When he’s not coaching, Andy is relaying his business and leadership experiences to readers of his recurring Forbes, Huffington Post, SmallBizDaily and AllBusiness columns and to audience members at professional events and conferences.
Andy Bailey will crush the myth of time management (yes, that’s right - time management doesn’t exist) and focus on goal setting, efficiency, and priority management. After providing goal discovery and execution techniques, as well as tangible focus and concentration techniques, Andy will delve into four priority management techniques:
Create a true focus on the important areas in your life
Clearly define and visualize your goals
Manage your routine to result in consistent execution - day after day
Fight off the demons that steal your time and attention
The content in this presentation is beneficial to everyone from C-level executives to college freshmen. Attendees will leave with a personalized, actionable plan.

The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness
Do you want more happiness, fulfillment and energy?
Do you want to dramatically improve your own productivity and increase employee performance?
Do you want better relationships with your loved ones?
Our parents, teachers and managers have told us that, if we want to succeed, we should find and fix our weaknesses. However, most of us never make much progress trying to eliminate our worst traits. In fact, our weaknesses are actually the best clue to our strengths. In this funny and counter-intuitive talk, David shows how to find happiness, personal fulfillment and business success by starting with weaknesses — and embracing them rather than trying to deny them.
Are you frustrated by disengaged and unproductive employees? Are you looking for better strategies for improving employee performance?
Research shows that most people are not committed to their jobs and the way we currently manage employees does, even more, to harm, instead of help, their performance. We think our employees are broken, treat them like they are broken, and then wonder why they don't work.
Instead of attacking people's weaknesses, we need to find the strength, that is hidden inside their apparently negative characteristics. It is time to stop trying to create well-rounded and balanced employees. We need people that are unbalanced. We need freaks.

EO is hosting a 70s retro party this year with a guest speaker Konstantinos Karipidis.
It is true that every remarkable achievement in history has its roots in a moment of creativity on the part of an individual who - a posteriori -the rest of the world considered as a creative genius. It is also true that the vast majority of people around the globe believe that the ability to come up with innovative, original ideas is part of the DNA we inherit from our ancestors. This latter idea couldn’t be further from the truth. Being creative is essentially a double act. It is the act of being able to come up with new, imaginative ideas and it is also the act of turning those ideas into reality. We are not creative when we think of ideas but when we think of ideas and eventually give to those ideas flesh and blood.
Konstantinos Karypidis, “The Greek Mentalist”, has been giving flesh and blood to ideas for the last 20 years. He has performed from street corners to huge stages around Europe, on television and in almost any venue you can imagine. He has written theatrical performances, children’s fairy tales and directed three shows. He is a firm believer that creativity does not exist, but it’s the side effect of productivity and of working in a very specific way.
In this keynote speech, he will be showcasing his incredible ability to shape physical and psychological space around him. At the same time, he will share the strategies and creative methods he uses as a professional performer to redefine his art, push the envelope and challenge himself to constantly create new performance pieces. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive and entertaining talk which will also leave the audience with greater knowledge and motivation to create their own magic.
The entertainment will be provided by a 70s tribute band and our very own Darren Mercer.
Cocktails and canapes will be served through the evening
The evening will feature cocktail making and best dressed competition.
How to Scale Up your business, using the Rockefeller Habits
Scaling Up is tough, it requires:
A clear Strategy, so everyone knows the positioning and vision for the business.
The right People, aligned and well motived, and all in the right seats.
Enough Cash to fund growth.
Great Execution, ensuring communication and processes are working to deliver your strategy.
It’s hard to focus on the few ‘important not urgent’ habits that really make a difference. This Workshop - led by professional Rockefeller Habits Coach Andy Clayton - gets EO members working collaboratively to develop the tools of the Rockefeller Habits, to grow their companies, and free themselves to work on, not in, their businesses.

Imagine spinning plates on the end of a stick, with the MD and the leadership team running from plate to plate, trying to keep them all in the air, while the rest of the team don’t know how to contribute.
Sometimes in a growing business, it feels like everything is a priority and there are not enough days and hours in the week to complete them all.
Even if everyone has good intentions and is trying to do the right thing, the priorities are overwhelming and it feels like nothing is getting done.
What if there was a simple system which would enable you to run a successful business?
Julia Langkraehr will deliver a powerful and inspirational workshop to introduce you to the business management system, the Entrepreneurial Operating System

For many EO members, the ultimate path to success as an entrepreneur was built upon the experiences and skills instilled in them by their parents and families at a young age. Introducing those same values to your own children, whether they grow up to be entrepreneurs or not, can be a great way to provide them with important character-building traits they’ll need in business or beyond. Making new connections is a fundamental way we can foster the principles of entrepreneurship in the bright, growing minds of our kids. Come and enjoy BBQ and family fun alongside with EO learning:
Tara Ingrey, alongside her spouse Ben Thomas of EO London, will host a group conversation and mini-forum session about parenting. Her role includes supervising and coordinating the school’s pastoral support for 270 4-11-year-olds, accommodating both high achievers and children with additional needs.
