For many EO members, the ultimate path to success as an entrepreneur was built upon the experiences and skills instilled in them by their parents and families at a young age. Introducing those same values to your own children, whether they grow up to be entrepreneurs or not, can be a great way to provide them with important character-building traits they’ll need in business or beyond. Making new connections is a fundamental way we can foster the principles of entrepreneurship in the bright, growing minds of our kids. Come and enjoy BBQ and family fun alongside with EO learning:
Tara Ingrey, alongside her spouse Ben Thomas of EO London, will host a group conversation and mini-forum session about parenting. What does great parenting mean to you, and what challenges have you found? We’ll share and learn together. Tara has spent 20 years working with children, currently as senior support staff in an outstanding London primary school. Her role includes supervising and coordinating the school’s pastoral support for 270 4-11-year-olds, accommodating both high achievers and children with additional needs. She is also a parent herself, with her and Ben’s children now almost grown up at 17 and 20.
